Job Summary
We are seeking a Home Inspector to join our team! As a Home Inspector, you will be traveling to different residential homes or commercial buildings, inspecting all areas of the property for safety and function following inspection guidelines and standards of practice.  The ideal candidate has experience in construction or any of the supporting trades.

Responsibilities 
  • Travel regularly to different inspection sites to perform inspection services. 
  • Assist customers during or after an inspection with any questions relating to the inspection or inspection process
  • Record all findings and upload photos in the inspection software to create a thorough report
  • Ensure clients receive unbiased and neutral feedback regarding findings
  • Communicate regularly with office staff, clients and agents regarding inspections
  • Attend ongoing training in-house and independent
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of state building codes and regulations helpful
  • Familiarity with construction sites, best practices, and safety regulations
  • The ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
